(Senior) Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

As a (Senior) Marketing Manager you will be the company’s first marketing hire reporting to the CEO. The ideal candidate has extensive hands on B2B experience and will lead the efforts across all aspects of demand generation, marketing operations, digital marketing, events and communications while shaping the Receeve brand as we continue our growth trajectory. Let’s look at the challenges in more detail

Marketing Operations: You own all of the sales and marketing systems (e.g. websites, marketing and sales automation systems such as Hubspot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Data Studio, Zoom Webinar)

Demand Generation: You leverage marketing tools to implement a digital demand generation strategy and execute lead generation programs.

Communications: You build and execute a communications strategy that successfully raises Receeve’s profile, positioning the brand as the innovative leader in technology-led collections.

Solution Marketing: You develop and ensure adoption of a differentiated ’why Receeve’ narrative for our solutions. Develop a deep understanding of non-performing loans and collections technology to build differentiated messaging and engaging content.

This is what you bring along:

  • You have previously worked in a B2B Marketing role
  • You have experience in digital demand generation developing, implementing and optimizing lead generation programs across channels and using ABM strategies
  • You demonstrate a high proficiency with a variety of commonly used marketing tools
  • You are expert in creating content and working with product, demand generation and sales enablement
  • You are familiar with developing strategies for increasing awareness across a variety of channels including digital and social media, analysts and industry influencers
  • You are a creative and innovative thinker with a “can-do” attitude, proactive problem solving skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment – it never gets boring here!

UI/UX Designer (f/m/d)

This is your opportunity to join a fast-paced and high-growth FinTech SaaS company. 

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to help us create the most amazing user experience for our company and our customers. Our design team is still at the very beginning.   • You are involved in the complete product development process: from brainstorming, planning, development to finally launching the new product

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps

  • Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

Customer Success Manager – SaaS (f/m/d)

YOUR MISSION

In this very critical role you are responsible for developing customer relationships! You ensure that customers are satisfied with our services and improve areas of dissatisfaction in order to reduce the churn rate and help them growth with Receeve. Starting with the onboarding process, you will be the customer’s primary point of contact and will lead implementations, product trainings and much more. To succeed at this, you need to be able to wear many hats: everything from problem-solving, analytical skills, sales, and project management. 

Let’s look at some of the job details

  • You make sure that accounts are successfully set up and that the customers directly see the value of our product. 
  • You create and own the entire onboarding process for our customers and make sure that each customer receives a detailed product intro. 
  • You supervise the go-live and together with our IT team support with the technical implementation. 
  • You regularly check up on your customers to make sure they are satisfied with the product and ensure that they are updated on new product features. 
  • Sometimes things did not turn out as expected: You support your customers through the escalation management and find ways to maintain the customer relationship.  
  • You gather the customer’s feedback and implement this into our product, marketing and sales processes.

In short, your mission will be to make sure that we deliver the best possible service.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have successfully completed your studies in economics and social sciences, technical business administration or a comparable degree program.
  • You have at least 2-3 years experience in a customer facing role such as Customer Success Management / Business Development or Account Management.
  • Ideally, you bring along experience in the B2B software environment and the FinTech sector.
  • You are able to handle technical and non-technical issues and do your best to make the customer happy.
  • You are open-minded, empathetic, and goal-oriented – you get things done!
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, a Nordic language being a bonus.

Senior Financial Controller (f/m/d)

In this central and important role you will work closely with our CEO to design our financial processes from ground up and lead the company through its next level of growth. We are at a very early stage. This role goes beyond managing finances. This role will also help drive the fundraising strategy and will be closely connected with investor relations and new investor acquisition.

  • You will be responsible for all consolidated reporting both internally and externally

  • Completed degree in business or economics, ideally with a focus on finance and controlling or similar 
  • Proven record (+5 years) in a Finance Manager position, preferably in a start-up environment and international team setting 
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate finances and risk management 
  • Preferably experience with venture capital investors as well as business angels
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Strong German and English communication skills, both verbal and written

Product Owner (f/m/d/)

As Product Owner you will shape our product strategy and roadmap. Together with the founders and the development team you will be responsible for the core of our company – OUR PRODUCT from ideation through development, launch, growth and maintenance.

Let’s look the the requirements in more detail

Creating alignment on vision

  • Work with management to ensure a clear alignment of business goals that can be used for prioritizing roadmaps.
  • Communicate this with all parties, including stakeholders and development team.

Manage external feedback

  • In early stages of customer onboarding, gather requirements and suggest solutions for them (maybe not in the software itself).
  • Create and manage acceptance tests that customers can use.
  • After deployment, maintain a feedback loop to identify areas of improvement, be it in outward-facing systems, or reduced maintenance or cost internally.

Managing the product backlog

  • Generate and manage the list of work to be executed by the development team
  • Ensure that the backlog is in alignment with the vision.
  • Make the backlog visible and transparent for all parties.
  • Look for ways to optimize our approach to development in order to increase effectiveness in reaching our roadmap goals.

Economic Decision-Making

  • Gather data and over time work to shift decision-making towards trade-offs of scope, budget (or cost of operations), time, and quality.
  • Balance that against the calculated benefit of items in the backlog.
  • You manage product delivery in an agile environment and guide your team through all sprint activities

Your Profile:

  • You have gained relevant experience working in Product Management or as Product Owner ideally in an agile and fast-paced environment
  • You have a strong sense of commitment and ownership and you know how to prioritise tasks in an analytical manner
  • You know how to translate business requirements and get your team excited for these
  • You can work independently and you are not afraid to try out new ideas
  • You are fluent in English and preferably also know (some) German
