(Senior) Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

As a (Senior) Marketing Manager you will be the company’s first marketing hire reporting to the CEO. The ideal candidate has extensive hands on B2B experience and will lead the efforts across all aspects of demand generation, marketing operations, digital marketing, events and communications while shaping the Receeve brand as we continue our growth trajectory. You enjoy building the foundation to drive awareness of a disruptive industry solution and helping to educate the market and clients on how an innovative approach can improve their business.

Let’s look at the challenges in more detail

Marketing Operations: You own all of the sales and marketing systems (e.g. websites, marketing and sales automation systems such as Hubspot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Data Studio, Zoom Webinar)

Demand Generation: You leverage marketing tools to implement a digital demand generation strategy and execute lead generation programs.

Communications: You build and execute a communications strategy that successfully raises Receeve’s profile, positioning the brand as the innovative leader in technology-led collections.

Solution Marketing: You develop and ensure adoption of a differentiated ’why Receeve’ narrative for our solutions. Develop a deep understanding of non-performing loans and collections technology to build differentiated messaging and engaging content.

This is what you bring along:

  • You have previously worked in a B2B Marketing role
  • You have experience in digital demand generation developing, implementing and optimizing lead generation programs across channels and using ABM strategies
  • You demonstrate a high proficiency with a variety of commonly used marketing tools
  • You are expert in creating content and working with product, demand generation and sales enablement
  • You are familiar with developing strategies for increasing awareness across a variety of channels including digital and social media, analysts and industry influencers
  • You are a creative and innovative thinker with a “can-do” attitude, proactive problem solving skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment – it never gets boring here!

Senior Financial Controller (f/m/d)

In this central and important role you will work closely with our CEO to design our financial processes from ground up and lead the company through its next level of growth. We are at a very early stage. This role goes beyond managing finances. We are looking for someone who is passionate to work in a start-up environment, taking on a leadership role in financial decision making that affects our company. This role will also help drive the fundraising strategy and will be closely connected with investor relations and new investor acquisition. 

YOUR MISSION

  • You develop and implement strategic and financial processes to meet the business’s short, medium and long term goals and perspectives
  • You complete and manage investor relations queries and information requests.
  • You will be responsible for all consolidated reporting both internally and externally
  • You ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company
  • You evaluate and advise on the impact of long term planning, introducing new strategies and regulatory actions 
  • You provide financial analysis and financial management support to enable smooth international operations and strategic decision
  • You would like to develop into a leadership position, managing and building up the finance and accounting team 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed degree in business or economics, ideally with a focus on finance and controlling or similar 
  • Proven record (+5 years) in a Finance Manager position, preferably in a start-up environment and international team setting 
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate finances and risk management 
  • Preferably experience with venture capital investors as well as business angels
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Strong German and English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Senior Sales Manager (f/m/d)

We are looking for highly experienced support to build up our Sales Department. Are you thrilled to tackle the European market with our innovative debt servicing software?

This will be your mission

  • You build strong relationships and partnerships with our enterprise customers (e.g. banks, energy- and telecommunications provider), identify business opportunities and lead contract negotiations to drive towards closing. 
  • You play an important role in developing, implementing and maintaining creative sales strategies and identify areas of improvement. 
  • You track sales activities and create reports by analyzing and summarizing information that can be used for strategic decision making. 
  • You present the company at sales events and conferences and position the company as the market leader, gaining trust from our clients.

Junior Sales Manager (f/m/d)

This is what are day may look like:

  • Based in either Hamburg or Stockholm you will support the Management and Founders in any kind of Sales activities (e.g. preparing reports on the potential client base and/or preparing sales documents for the German and Nordic market).
