Product Owner (f/m/d/)

As Product Owner you will shape our product strategy and roadmap. Together with the founders and the development team you will be responsible for the core of our company – OUR PRODUCT from ideation through development, launch, growth and maintenance.

Creating alignment on vision

  • Work with management to ensure a clear alignment of business goals that can be used for prioritizing roadmaps.
  • Communicate this with all parties, including stakeholders and development team.

Manage external feedback

  • In early stages of customer onboarding, gather requirements and suggest solutions for them (maybe not in the software itself).
  • Create and manage acceptance tests that customers can use.
  • After deployment, maintain a feedback loop to identify areas of improvement, be it in outward-facing systems, or reduced maintenance or cost internally.

Managing the product backlog

  • Generate and manage the list of work to be executed by the development team
  • Ensure that the backlog is in alignment with the vision.
  • Make the backlog visible and transparent for all parties.
  • Look for ways to optimize our approach to development in order to increase effectiveness in reaching our roadmap goals.

Economic Decision-Making

  • Gather data and over time work to shift decision-making towards trade-offs of scope, budget (or cost of operations), time, and quality.
  • Balance that against the calculated benefit of items in the backlog.
  • You manage product delivery in an agile environment and guide your team through all sprint activities

Your Profile:

  • You have gained relevant experience working in Product Management or as Product Owner ideally in an agile and fast-paced environment
  • You have a strong sense of commitment and ownership and you know how to prioritise tasks in an analytical manner
  • You know how to translate business requirements and get your team excited for these
  • You can work independently and you are not afraid to try out new ideas
  • You are fluent in English and preferably also know (some) German

VP Marketing (f/m/d/)

About The Job

As the VP of Marketing you will be the company’s first marketing hire reporting to the CEO. The ideal candidate has extensive hands on B2B experience and will lead the efforts across all aspects of demand generation, marketing operations, digital marketing, events and communications while shaping the Receeve brand as we continue our growth trajectory. You enjoy building the foundation to drive awareness of a disruptive industry solution and helping to educate the market and clients on how an innovative approach can improve their business. You are innately curious about business, technology, and new approaches to B2B marketing and thrive using data and technology to test and execute ideas. 


Marketing Operations

Own all of the sales and marketing systems including website, marketing and sales automation system (Hubspot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Data Studio, Zoom Webinar, etc.) to drive awareness and engagement and to measure attribution across channels and campaigns – continually testing multiple variables, continually learning and improving

  • Aggressively optimize every stage of the funnel by experimenting, defining campaigns, and analyzing results with deep attention to detail
  • Exercise a data-centric approach to gather customer/user insights and use data to improve future marketing campaigns and results
  • Develop the frameworks, infrastructure, methodology, metrics, tools, and plans to execute and evaluate effective growth initiatives, and ensure we are continuously iterating on, testing, and optimizing new channels, audiences, visual creative, and copy

Demand Generation

Leverage marketing tools to implement a digital demand generation strategy and execute lead generation programs, leveraging account-based marketing and other enterprise-focused, data-driven marketing techniques across channels

  • Cultivate and expand customer references 
  • Build out A/B test and optimize Receeve’s website content for SEO and conversion
  • Develop thought leadership and educational content which resonates with the target audience (blogs, webinars, videos, case studies, and white papers)
  • Partner with the Sales team to execute and align on key field marketing activities


Build and execute a communications strategy that successfully raises Receeve’s profile, positioning the brand as the innovative leader in technology-led collections

  • Develop a PR plan to increase overall brand awareness
  • Build relationships with industry press, bloggers, and influencers
  • Define and execute social media strategy to help us connect to our prospects and customers as well as partners and key influencers

Solution Marketing

Develop and ensure adoption of a differentiated ’why Receeve’ narrative for our solutions. Develop a deep understanding of non-performing loans and collections technology to build differentiated messaging and engaging content

  • Analyze research and data to provide leadership in messaging development and brand positioning
  • Create solution content – sales enablement assets, product videos, references, solution pages, etc.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for current and new products

Sales Enablement

Enable a world class sales team through strategic programs, training, toolsets, assets and process

  • Support solution go-to-market strategy for sales and partners
  • Develop playbooks and competitive landscape assets


  • Minimum of 12-15+ years international experience in a variety of B2B enterprise marketing roles, including working for companies selling financial solutions or services
  • A strong track record in digital demand generation developing, implementing and optimizing lead generation programs across channels and using ABM strategies
  • High proficiency with a variety of commonly used marketing tools including Hubspot, Google Analytics, Salesforce and various Account Based Marketing tools such as Bombora, Demandbase and Engagio
  • Expertise in creating content and working with product, demand generation and sales enablement to produce the right materials for internal and external use
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a “can do” attitude, proactive problem solving skills, strong attention to detail and an ability to work in a fast paced environment 
  • Strong focus on measurements and reporting as well as a willingness to be held accountable for results
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well with customers & prospects and cross-functional Receeve teams
  • Ability to develop compelling messaging and to communicate consistently across channels
  • Familiar with developing strategies for increasing awareness across a variety of channels including digital and social media, analysts and industry influencers
