re:ceeve is seeking a Sales Executive for Enterprise SaaS (f/m/d) to join our growing sales team.

re:ceeve is a well funded FinTech start-up based in Hamburg, run by seasoned founders. We are recruiting individuals looking to put their dent on the world and in the collections space. We believe that our software has the potential to completely disrupt credit lifecycle management and take it in a new direction by automating obsolete processes using AI and harvesting data to impact the top line. Further, we want to reimagine the industry ground up based on software sales versus collection fees. We also help our clients drive customer retention and loyalty first and with transparency, we want to clean up a business with a horrible image.

We are looking for team members who “run up escalators” and live with a sense of urgency to get things done. Our job descriptions are written in pencil. Once in your role, you adapt to the tasks at hand and steer your own career. We like to set our targets high but believe in under-promising and over-delivering. And finally, we like well-rounded individuals. We work hard but we have families, do sports, pursue the arts, travel and whatever else allows us to decompress when necessary. We are a remote-first company and measure results and not time spent in the office.

Sales Executive for Enterprise SaaS (f/m/d)

 

Your mission:

  • You build strong relationships and partnerships with our prospective enterprise customers (e.g. banks, debt collection agencies, public utilities and telecoms)
  • You uncover needs from multiple stakeholders at our prospects, systematically collect their feedback and feed the information back to our product and marketing teams
  • You identify business opportunities, follow-up and nurture leads and negotiate and close deals quickly 
  • You develop, coordinate and lead sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • You drive the development and implementation of creative sales strategies and identify areas of improvement to accelerate sales within the organisation
  • You track sales activities and create reports by analysing and summarising information that can be used for strategic decision making

Your profile: 

  • You are a hunter rather than a gatherer, meaning you have proven success as a new business developer rather than an account manager. The ideal candidate has full-cycle sales experience in identifying and prospecting new business, to pitching and closing deals
  • You enjoy the challenge of maximising your commissions
  • You have a few years of experience in closing 6-figure enterprise SaaS deals and know how to sell to the C-suite and executive teams, across multiple industries
  • You bring an existing network of prospective customers (e.g. banks, public utilities and telecoms)
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required, German is a plus)
  • You are confident in your current capabilities and committed to growing and expanding your skillset. You’re on the way up in your career, and ready for the next big challenge at a young start-up
