What we are looking for

Receeve is looking for a Solutions Engineer to engage with our clients to take them from today into a fully AI & cutting edge tomorrow. This is a hands-on technologist role and you will wear many hats. It requires someone with technological know-how combined with outstanding communication skills. You need to regularly simplify geeky jargon into a compelling story. You will need to be able to think on your feet, and craft solutions that combine technology, process, and the needs of various stakeholders. 

You will be architecting and executing solutions for financial institutions and explaining our platform to business users, implementation teams and C-level executives. You will experience and steer the entire project lifecycle, from conception to design to technology evaluation, through to closing the deal and implementation.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Customer onboarding  – Manage and adapt the overall customer onboarding process from a technical standpoint, delivering a friction-free transition from our sales team and working with the customer success team
  • “Go Live” coordination – Scope and define client integration requirements and be responsible for getting clients live
  • Creative problem solving – Continually raise the bar and drive to deliver high quality and pragmatic products, services and processes
  • Demo expert – Deliver in-depth technical product demos to customers and prospects at all levels within an organization
  • Technical subject matter specialist –  Act as the main authority in sales meetings and support the sales and implementation cycle. You work on the elimination of technical objections and build rapport with business and engineering teams at prospective customers as well as at current clients
  • Sales process – Write answers and be accountable for lengthy, complex RFIs, RFPs and security questionnaires

 

 

Your profile

  • Degree in a technology related discipline (e.g. Computer Science)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, where German is a plus
  • More than 5 years experience with client-facing and technical roles in SaaS, preferably in startups or a similar high-growth environment
  • An ability to simplify complex topics, and always relate technical explanations back to the business value of the product
  • Quick, on-your-feet thinking, especially in meetings where you might be asked rapid-fire questions
  • Comfortable working with customers 
  • Ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines and to thrive in an international start-up team environment 
  • High level of motivation as well as a never ending curiosity and a “get stuff done” attitude
  • Independent team player who enjoys goal-oriented work
